Klatu composed of government representatives from Ministry of Justice led this Commission, PCIC, Migration Services, MNEC or Ministry of Foreign Affairs, PNTL, Ministry of Social, Solidarity and Inclusion (MSS), Prosecutor General Office, and Representatives from NGO; JSMP and ALFELA

Responsibities of
Klatu
• Develop and implement the National Plan against Human Trafficking.
• Ensure protection, assistance, and safe return/repatriation of victims.
• Collect and manage data on trafficking cases.
• Monitor and evaluate policies, programs, and results.
• Raise public awareness through information campaigns.
• Provide training for professionals and vulnerable groups.
• Support rehabilitation and reintegration of victims.
• Submit an annual report with recommendations.
